A DMCA takedown notice is the most widely accepted tool for getting copied content removed online. Hosting companies, content platforms, CDNs and search engines process these notices every day, but they reject or ignore a large share of them because the notice is incomplete, sent to the wrong party, or unsupported by evidence.
DigitalDMCA prepares the notice for you, routes it to the service provider that controls the content, supplies the ownership evidence the provider is likely to ask for, and records every response on your case timeline. We act under your written authorization and never file against content you do not own or where fair use is obvious.

Frequently asked questions
Does the DMCA apply outside the United States?
The statute is US law, but most large platforms are US-based or accept DMCA-format notices worldwide. For providers elsewhere we use the equivalent notice-and-action process, such as the EU Digital Services Act, or local copyright procedures.
Will my personal details be shared with the infringer?
Providers typically forward the notice to the person who posted the content. When you authorize us as your agent, the contact details on the notice are ours, while you are identified as the rights holder.
What if the content comes back?
Repeat postings at the same URL are refiled; new URLs are added to the tracker. Persistent repeat infringement can be escalated under the provider's repeat-infringer policy.
Can I send the notice myself?
Yes. Our free notice generator produces a compliant notice. The service is for people who want the investigation, filing, follow-up and record-keeping handled for them.
