Why is there no price list?
Because the right scope depends on the number of URLs, the platforms involved, the legal basis and whether you need one-off reports or ongoing monitoring. Quoting after a short assessment avoids charging you for work a case does not need. Every quote states exactly what is included and excluded.
What does a single-case assessment include?
A review of the links you send, identification of the parties and channels involved, the applicable legal basis or platform policy, the evidence required, a realistic timeline range, and a quote for handling the case. It does not include filing any report.
Do you charge if a platform refuses the report?
Per-case assistance is priced for the work of preparing, filing and following up a report; a platform's decision is outside our control. Some engagements can be structured around confirmed outcomes where that is appropriate; your quote will say which model applies.
Is ongoing monitoring mandatory?
No. Monitoring and monthly case management are optional arrangements for businesses with recurring infringement. One-off cases are handled on their own.
How do I pay?
Invoices are issued in the client portal with a secure hosted checkout. We never collect card details on our own pages. Bank transfer is available for larger engagements.
