Assessments and quotes are provided before work is billed. You may decline to proceed at no charge.

Per-case and package engagements
Fees cover the work of investigation, evidence preparation, report drafting, submission and follow-up. Because platform decisions are outside our control, fees are not refundable on the basis of a platform's decision unless your quote states an outcome-based price. If you cancel before work begins, prepaid fees are refunded in full; if you cancel after work has begun, fees for work performed are retained and the balance refunded.
Monthly arrangements
Monitoring and case-management arrangements are billed in advance for each period and may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date. Refunds are not issued for the remainder of a period already started unless we have failed to perform the agreed scope.
Our failure to perform
If we do not perform the work described in your plan, you are entitled to a refund of the fees for that work.
How to request
Email legal@digitaldmca.com with your invoice number. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where the provider allows, typically within 10 business days of approval.
