Brand protection as a program, not a panic
The people copying your products are usually also running the fake accounts, the lookalike domain and the ads on your name. Our program covers every channel where a brand can be abused and tracks every item to a verified result.
Detect, document, report, track
Each layer is a service on its own. Together they turn enforcement into a routine your team can see.

- Cases by platform, status and brand
- Repeat-offender flags
- Weekly summary of findings and outcomes
- Evidence packs ready for your lawyer if a case escalates
What a brand protection program cannot do
Saying this up front is part of the service.
Force a platform to act
Every report is decided by the platform or provider. We make the report as strong as it can be and escalate where channels exist.
Stop genuine resale
Most marketplaces allow resale of authentic goods. Gray-market listings need distribution agreements and legal routes, not takedown reports.
Catch everything
Monitoring reduces what you miss; it does not reach zero. We document exactly what is covered.
Brand protection questions
Services inside the program: Trademark Infringement Reporting, Brand Impersonation Reporting, Counterfeit Listing Reporting, Shopify Store Infringement Reporting, Content Monitoring.
What does a brand protection program cost?
It depends on the number of brand terms, the platforms monitored, the check frequency and the expected volume of reports. We quote after a short assessment and state exactly what is included.
Can you stop unauthorized resellers of genuine products?
Often not through platform reports: most marketplaces allow resale of genuine goods. We assess whether a listing is counterfeit, infringing or merely unauthorized, and we are clear about which can be reported.
How quickly do copycats come back?
Frequently within days, on a new domain or seller account. That is why the program is built around monitoring rather than one-off reports.
Do I need a registered trademark?
Registration is the single most useful asset for brand protection: it unlocks marketplace rights programs and removes most arguments about ownership. We will recommend registration where you do not have it, and work with evidence of use in the meantime.
