Mission
To make digital rights protection accessible and accountable for businesses of any size: a clear process, an honest assessment, evidence that stands up, and a record of everything that happened.
Our approach
Online infringement is handled mostly through platform policies and statutory notice procedures. The outcome depends less on legal argument than on whether a report is accurate, complete, sent to the right recipient and followed up. We built our service around that reality.
Every engagement starts with an assessment of what you are facing and what can realistically be reported. Reports are prepared from documented evidence and submitted with your authorization through the channel that can act. Every response is recorded on a case timeline you can open at any time.
Service philosophy
- Say what cannot be done. A genuine review, accurate reporting or fair use is not removable through policy reports. We tell you, and we show you what does work instead.
- Document everything. If a case ever reaches a lawyer or a court, the record should already be clean.
- Respect the process. Platforms penalize abusive reporting. Accuracy protects your standing as a rights holder.
What we are not
DigitalDMCA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where a matter calls for legal advice, litigation, a formal opinion or proceedings before a registry or domain dispute panel, we say so and recommend qualified counsel, and we hand over an organized evidence file.
